This market segment comprises tourists from European countries including Germany, Italy, Poland and France and Scandinavian countries

With regard to Africa, the hotel will focus on tourists coming from East Africa and South African countries

3.2 Business Travelers

This market segment comprises visitors who come to Tanzania to attend conferences, exhibitions, UN agencies meetings and other International organizations gatherings

The segment also includes business executives who visit Dar es Salaam to make follow up of clearing and forwarding activities at the port. Traders who come to Dar es Salaam on procurement missions also are targeted by the hotel
